These terms govern use of the Arnold application (the “Application”), published by NoCoffee SARL, 7 allée Albert Camus, 31700 Blagnac, France. By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to them.

1. Purpose

Arnold is an application for triathlon clubs and their members, used to organize club activity and follow training.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think it has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Application unlawfully or to harm someone else;
• try to access another person's or another club's data without permission;
• disrupt the service or bypass its protections.

4. Health and safety

The Application offers training information and suggestions for guidance only. It does not replace medical advice, or supervision by a qualified coach. Talk to a health professional before you start or change your training, and pay attention to how you feel. You remain responsible for your own sports practice.

5. Intellectual property

The Application, its brand, and its content belong to us or are used with permission. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You keep your rights in content you add, and you allow us to process that content so the service can run.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for the consequences of an injury or incident during sports practice. This does not limit rights that consumer law makes mandatory.

7. Suspension and ending access

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

8. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using the Application after that, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediation process under the French Consumer Code. That does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
